Rezervirko
Rezervirko is a mobile application intended for booking appointments with the aim of connecting various types of services in one place. In this way, Rezervirko enables the user to quickly and efficiently book the necessary service, and the service providers an increase in potential clients and freedom from unnecessary and often long calls or messages when arranging an appointment. Another important goal of this project is to increase the competitiveness of even the smallest service providers (eg hairdressers, beauty salons or car repair shops) that no one has heard of because they simply do not have the possibility to finance marketing, and now they can get all this using Rezervirko! The entire system consists of two separate applications:
- Rezervirko: an application intended for users. It is completely free. Registration takes place in such a way that the correct number of the mobile device on which the application will be used must be entered. After confirming the number with the received code and completing the registration, the user can access all registered service providers (trades, small businesses, sports facilities, etc.). After selecting his favorites, the user can book an appointment for the service he wants with the selected service provider. And that’s it!
- Rezervirko Admin: application intended for service providers. A free trial version is provided for the first three months of use so that the service provider has enough time to get to know all the advantages of using our application. After the end of the trial period, if the service provider decides to continue using the application, he will pay as much as the reservation made through the Rezervirko application, according to the current price list. Reservations entered manually by the service provider in the calendar (e.g. a reservation made by message, call or personal arrival of the client) are not charged. The service provider, in addition to insight into the calendar and schedule of client arrivals, also has insight into some statistical data that can help him improve his business. Furthermore, informative and statistical data are also visible, for example, how many services were used, how many clients were registered on the profile, how many reservations were made, and the like. Also, according to the current price list, service providers are allowed to publish special offers (discounts on services, happy hour, etc.) that are visible on the main screen of all clients, which further encourages reservations and the use of services with ease.
