Process industry
Process engineering includes the definition, design, implementation and optimization of the process of physical, chemical or biological transformation of materials into semi-finished products and products. Given the numerous branches of this industry, Baut offers its services in ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC). If an object or part of the plant must have a certain constant temperature, air humidity, pressure, etc. we use the most modern methods and devices to achieve an optimal microclimate. In the systems, there are usually large fans that are used for air flow through the system, various air filters, air heaters, heat exchangers, dampers, control valves, etc.
Municipal industry
It represents the management of the water supply and sewerage network of villages and towns, the management of wastewater and storm water purifiers, etc. Telemetry control is often used to manage this system – this is remote control where each pumping station or pump is connected to a telemetry device (a PLC module connected to the control SCADA via a mobile network), and the operator in the control room can at any time see the state of the entire network and react in a timely manner in the event of an unfavorable situation. In its past, Baut has put into operation several telemetry stations, all in turn from the equipment manufacturer Siemens. Telemetry, except in this industry, can be used anywhere when we need to manage or collect data in remote and inaccessible places.
